Why Counselling?

Counselling is often the first and usually one of the best weapons we have against a whole range of psychological issues like depression, grief and anxiety.

You could be doing everything right, leading a model life, exercising and getting all the nutrients you need in your diet, but nothing can quite replace the benefits you get from real human interaction – it’s a genuinely unique source of support.

NLP Training

NLP refers to Neuro- Linguistic Programming, a field that explores the relationships between neurological processes, language, and behavioral patterns that have been learned through experience. NLP is often used as a tool for personal development, communication, and psychotherapy.

It helps in improving communication skills, exploring Anchoring Techniques which involves associating a specific stimulus with a particular emotional state or resourceful state. NLP helps in understanding Representational Systems, understanding how individuals represent and process information internally through different sensory modalities (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory and gustatory). It also helps in understanding submodalities, which is exploring the finer distinctions within sensory modalities, known as submodalities, and how they influence perception and behavior.

This camp helped me for realising so many things. By adapting and exploring. Mostly this enhanced me. By looking into my own sub-concious, and living the way I want. Learned to express myself more and learned to express me in the way I am, without hiding the reality. Met new humans with the same mindset, which made this more beautiful. As a girl i realised each and every thing around us is influencing us for a patriarchal society, even our Schools. Our trainer, helped me to discover many things in me, that i never new existed, to realize the true worth. To know my values.with many realisations. Whenever you are going to do something different, everyone will demotivate you. She demonstrated this to us and we realised that everyone can achieve anything no matter what your gender is or from what background you are from. To all the women out there do what you want without caring these 'Patriarchal stupidities'. And now i can feel 'Happiness' without any interruptions.

I want you to know how grateful I am for finding you at the right time in my life I had my lowest point around a year back. I've been having issues with sleep, mood, self esteem and overall hope in life. I tried to find ways to manage it by myself. Then I realised I needed a proper professional help. I knew finding a right therapist was important. Luckily first person I found was you through your insta page. I had trouble to open up initially, you provided a truly non-judgmental and empathetic space, where I could easily get comfortable with my true self. Through every session, I could feel the change in me. Within and out of session, it helped me discover a lot about me. My aim was just to get over this phase, but I think I could revisit and heal from my past trauma too. You made yourself accessible whenever I thought I was losing it and helped me get back on track.
